1. Winner(s):
One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in connection with the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize Winner shall hereinafter be referred to as “Winner”
2. Sponsor:
Mickie’s Miracles, referred to herein as “MM” or “Sponsor”)
3. Designated Grantee:
Mickie’s Miracles (please see MickiesMiracles.org for Federal Tax ID #) (“Designated Grantee”).
This sweepstakes is part of a fundraising campaign for MM, which is a globally recognized United States 501(c)(3) public charity. 100% of donations raised from this event will be distributed to MM.
4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period(s):
The Grand Prize Entry Period detailed below will each begin at 12:00 a.m., Pacific Time, on the first date of the respective Entry Period and will end at 11:59 p.m., Pacific Time, on the last date of the respective Entry Period. Sponsor is the official timekeeper.
5. Entry Limit:
The maximum number of entries for any one person into this Experience (the “Entry Limit”) is five thousand (5,000), regardless of the method of entry.
6. Potential Winner Notification:
A random drawing will be conducted on or after the close of the each applicable Entry Period above. Winner will be drawn from among all valid entries received by Sponsor during the applicable Entry Period. Potential Winner will be notified, on or after the close of each applicable Entry Period and must timely respond in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the rules above.
7. Prize Provider(s):
Mickie’s Miracles (“Prize Provider”).
8. Prize Details:
(a) The Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the items listed above. The Grand Prize is strictly limited to those elements described in this Section.
(i) Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2500
(ii) Anticipated Grand Prize Fulfillment Date: TBD by Prize Provider in its sole and absolute discretion, and subject to satisfactory completion of any documentation as may be required for fulfillment and delivery of the Grand Prize.
(b) The Grand Prize Cash Alternative. If the Grand Prize Winner does not wish to take delivery of the Grand Prize, or Sponsor determines that it cannot timely deliver the Grand Prize to the Grand Prize Winner, for any reason, including without limitation due to legal restrictions, a force majeure event, or any other reason, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $2500 (USD) (the “Grand Prize Cash Alternative”). The Grand Prize Cash Alternative will be paid in three (3) equal, monthly installments with the monthly installment payments commencing thirty (30) days after the close of the Grand Prize Entry Period and Winner’s timely completion of any documentation required by Sponsor for the Grand Prize Winner to accept the Grand Prize Cash Alternative. No additional prizes or compensation of any kind will be provided if the Grand Prize Cash Alternative is awarded.
The Grand Prize Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided in writing from Sponsor as to the Grand Prize Winner’s election. 9. Eligibility and Restrictions:
Age to enter: You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
Prohibited Persons:
(a) MM Employees, vendors, board of directors and their direct family members.
(b) Non U.S. Residents.
10. Winner Confirmation & Verification:
Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Sponsor per the terms and restrictions stated in the rules.
